The quotations function will allow you to import and update your price lists from an Excel source. Each product has a code, description, detailed descriptive text, pricing and grouping. The quote document is generated as a .PDF file and is automatically emailed to the customer. The quote document is customisable by the user allowing you to add your own letterhead and logo as well as your own text for terms and the covering email.
