BluWave Software was formed in June 2009 to develop, market and implement a new generation "cloud based" CRM solution - "BluWave CRM".
The Management of Bluwave has combined experience of over 26 years in local development and implementation of CRM software solutions.
We have deployed over 400 successful CRM solutions to date and our user base is growing exponentially.
At Bluwave Software we recognised the need to take advantage of the benefits of cloud computing, requiring development of a new CRM
solution from the ground up – no small task. BluWave Software comprises a strong executive team with strengths spanning the entire
product development and implementation cycle.

Byron Cooke-Tonnesen, CEO, one of the pioneers of CRM in 1989, remembers how then very few companies were keen to implement CRM Software or Sales Force Automation Software as it was described in 1989. With the advent of Microsoft CRM entering the market in 1993, this underlined the necessity and validity of the CRM industry space.

Byron has a B.Com (Wits) degree, in Accounting and Marketing. Byron soon realised that computers, marketing and sales were his passion rather than accounting. He has several other sales & marketing diplomas, such as SPIN, and Solution Selling (Mike Bosworth) and was a qualified Xerox professional sales trainer at Management Sciences America (at the time the largest mainframe software developer of financial and manufacturing systems in the world). He is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He is a keen photographer when time permits.
Tania Cooke-Tonnesen, has a solid technical background, developing the first version of Advantage CRM, and today, plays the role of Operations Director. Tania was the first developer at Pastel Software prior to commencing our own software company in 1989. She is a systems analyst and product evangelist for the new cloud version – BluWave CRM.
Tania has a B.Com (Business Information Systems Major), as well as a B.Sc Honours degree in Information Systems.
Stuart Lowe, has pioneered many technical initiatives with BluWave CRM. Stuart has over 20 years in packaged software development experience and gave much input and guidance to the BluWave CRM project.
He achieved a National Diploma in IT from Technikon Witwatersrand (Now UJ - University of Johannesburg), and achieved Microsoft Professional Certification. He ran the IT dept. for a training college in Randburg and has lectured in various computer application courses.
He was one of the head developers behind the creation of Advantage CRM.
With over 20 years of IT experience, he has extensive knowledge of Networks, Development Languages, Mobile Development, Systems Integration, Web Development and IT in general.
In addition, he has years of experience in system rollouts, and has assisted and consulted with many high profile customers with rolling out upgrades and installations.
Angela Henson, has been employed for 7 years. She has moved through the ranks where she is now employed as Office Manager sitting on the board of directors.
Employed originally as a PA to the directors she has demonstrated remarkable administrative and leadership skills.
She is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency, and is in control of the daily running of the business in terms of debtors, creditors, cash book, HR and general PA work.
Her relationship with the board of members is excellent as well as communications with staff, suppliers and customers.
Angela has 3 young daughters and when she has the time she likes to read, run, go to gym and relax with friends and family.
She also performs the monthly management accounting reporting in liaison with our external accountants.
